I think it is very important to be conscious that the key is not only to increase the number of hours but also to be certain that the person in front of the class is a real teacher of English..at least with A2 level according to the CEFR. I emphasize "at least A2 lever" otherwise more hours of "English"does not mean necessarily effective teaching and quality..it would be just more of the same....it is quality first..then quantity but of a better level....
